Any act of copying, quoting, modifying, distributing, publishing, circulating … for commercial purposes in any form without the prior written consent of TripOnMe is an infringement of the rights of TripOnMe. TripOnMe reserves the right to request the user to terminate the usage and indemnify the damage (if any).


Regulations on the delivery area

The delivery point is not more than 7 km from the city center, to ensure the quality of food and safety for the delivery person.

(*) If the distance is longer, there must be the customer’s consent when confirming the order.

Orders over 2,500,000VND free of charge for delivery.

Orders under 1,500,000VND plus 15,000VND shipping fee.

Your order will be canceled if you do not provide the correct delivery address.


Regulations on delivery time

Delivery hours are from 8:00 am to 17:30 every day. TripOnMe does not accept any orders to be delivered after 18:00 to ensure safety during transportation.

The product to be delivered may arrive earlier than the scheduled time and be delivered to the Homestay if the customer is not present to receive the goods.

When the goods are delivered, please complete the payment with the delivery staff, then please check if the product has any defects or defects. Please call the call center at +84911910041 for support.

Note: The order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact the Customer before delivery and at the time of delivery (up to 3 calls and 5 minutes apart).

Refund/ Exchange policy

Customers will be able return the goods and get refunded in the following cases:

  • Didn’t receive the order or received the order more than… hours compared to the expected delivery time – cross check, do I confirm the delivery time.
  • Cancellation by the customer … days compared to the expected delivery time
  • Visitor’s application was canceled unilaterally by TripOnMe for any reason
  • Orders have been changed unilaterally by TripOnMe that customers do not agree with
  • The product does not match the description on the TripOnMe website, specifically:
    • Food is spoiled and rancid right at the time of delivery with staff and customers
    • Food is delivered missing or incorrectly part of the ingredients right at the time of delivery with staff and customers
    • Products are not delivered to customers in an intact, spilled, spilled or melted condition.

The refund will take about… days to reach the account the guest used to initially sign up.

Customers can choose to exchange goods in the following cases:

The product does not match the description on the TripOnMe website, specifically:

  • Food is spoiled and rancid right at the time of delivery with staff and customers
  • Food is delivered missing or incorrectly part of the ingredients right at the time of delivery with staff and customers
  • Products are not delivered to customers in an intact, spilled, spilled or melted condition.

In case customers agree to the replacement of out-of-stock goods, TripOnMe will provide a new product package within a period of not more than 2 hours.
